Blue Line KVS units with etaHydro® technology

If separate air handling units are realised for supply and exhaust air, or if the air lines need to be separated, heat recovery can be realised via a closed-loop system (Blue Line KVS). The heat transfer medium is a brine that absorbs or releases heat energy via air/brine registers. The brine must be pumped in the circuit, and as efficiently as possible. We ensure this with our etaHydro® hydraulic station. The optimum pumping capacity of the brine is determined and adjusted through highly accurate measurement of the recovered energy volume and consideration of the air flows. This benefits the operator and the environment.

Modular design

he hydraulic station of the compound system is mounted in a welded frame and, depending on the spatial conditions, can be installed separately or incorporated into the air handling unit. The modular system facilitates full accessibility to all components for maintenance and cleaning.

Advantages

  • Freely configurable
  • Redundant operation possible
  • Highly efficient control strategy
  • Complete accessibility of components for maintenance and cleaning
  • Cooling and heat supply via plate exchanger possible
  • Everything from a single source
