While additional outdoor waiting areas could be created in the summer to maintain the necessary safety distance, this is difficult in the winter.
In order to provide significantly improved infection protection for their patients during this time, Dr. Annette Gründing and Dr. Thorsten Pancratz decided to install a HEPA Tower 400 in the waiting room of their practice. This device significantly minimizes potential exposure to viruses or bacteria by passing the air in the waiting room through this device about six times per hour and filtering out harmful particles, not only the Corona virus, in a highly effective H14 filter.
Thus, this device is in any case a good measure to minimize infection risks from polluted aerosols during the cold and flu season.
